Financial Expert and Presidential Candidate Ryan Binkley Reacts To US Credit Hit

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded the United States credit rating because of a high and growing general government debt burden and repeated debt limit standoffs and last-minute resolutions.

Presidential candidate Ryan Binkley is an expert in finance and the founder of the mergers and acquisitions company Generational Group, which grew to nearly 400 employees with less than 1% debt to total revenue.

Binkley released the following statement in response to the news:

“The reason Fitch downgraded our rating is because the U.S. has an unsustainable amount of debt and future deficits that have been deteriorating our financial health. We are $32 trillion in debt, pay 8 percent of our budget on net interest payments and have not attempted to balance the budget in decades.

“I believe we should implement a new budget reform process, cut wasteful spending and implement a financial prosperity plan to balance the budget, which would protect our credit, our banking system and the U.S. dollar.”

Binkley will be releasing his Financial Prosperity Plan to balance the federal budget next week.

The Binkley For President 2024 campaign has been building momentum since launching in April in Dallas and expanding to Iowa after that. The Binkley campaign kicked off its outreach and advertising blitz in New Hampshire this week. Binkley has been campaigning in Iowa for two months, spending every week and about $1 million on advertising there to share his vision for ending healthcare monopolies, securing the border with a comprehensive immigration plan, lifting Americans out of poverty through education and balancing the federal budget.

Binkley’s firm Generational Group in Richardson, Texas, has sold over 8 billion dollars’ worth of businesses. He and his wife, Ellie, founded Create Church, also in the Dallas area, to care for all members of the community through teaching God’s word, urban missions, food drives, youth ministry, and marriage support. As the founder of The Way to Freedom nonprofit, Binkley has combined the wisdom of a businessman and the heart of a pastor to generate fresh, creative ideas to foster unity and solve our nation’s problems.

Binkley is now tracking at 1% among registered voters in a new national poll, equal to Asa Hutchinson and Doug Burgum and surpassing four other long-shot candidates (Perry Johnson, Larry Elder, Will Hurd, Francis Suarez).
